Paramount Live-in Care is a specialist care agency, focusing on the delivery of tailored live-in care and support. Not being part of a franchise or a large corporation, we can ensure that each client receives the individual and personal level of support that they each require and deserve. Compared with residential homecare, it also offers a more personalized service, as carers can provide one-to-one care, attention, and focus.

We have spent many years working with clients that require care and support and have come up with the two perfect solutions: managed care or an introduction service. Both are completely transparent, putting you at the centre of your care package. It also provides you with the autonomy and choice of who cares for you and how your care is delivered. We have set out below a detailed summary of what both of our services can offer you. Our service structure is designed to ensure that costs are kept as low as possible, whilst maintaining a fair financial reward to our carers, for the service they offer. This results in longevity and job satisfaction, which in turn means great care is being delivered.

As a care agency, we offer care for a variety of conditions, including complex conditions and have many years’ experience: we offer our services to older people with various age related conditions and younger adults with care needs. Carers can assist with many tasks such as: cleaning, housework, laundry, changing the beds, washing, hoovering, pet care and preparing fresh meals throughout the day, assistance with letters or admin, escorting to social visits and escorting to day centres or appointments.

No, although you must have a spare bedroom for the carer to sleep in, a spare bathroom is a bonus but not a necessity. Your property should be to an acceptable living standard for the carer. We do ask that clients provide an internet connection for the carers as they do communicate with the office on a regular basis via email. Please also ensure that there is access to a shared TV at the property.

You will appreciate that all of our carers must, by law, have a two- hour break at some point during the day, every day. If you are unable to be left unattended for this two- hour period, then care cover must be arranged. We can help you with this.

Whether you opt for our Managed Services or our Introduction Service, clients’ and their families are asked to ensure the following is in place prior to a Carer starting their assignment:  Please create an initial outline or a list of your daily requirements, including any household or general tasks . Making a note of your preferred timing of key tasks (for example, meals, bathing, or going to bed) helps us create a person- centred care plan just for you, that your carer will follow.

Please call us so that we can discuss your requirements. We can also discuss the costs involved and provide you with a personal quote.

We can then arrange a home visit to meet you and/or your family and go through your individual requirements in detail. We will then create your personalized care / support plan and undertake all the essential checks and risk assessment that is required. Once you are happy, we can then arrange to have your care in place at a date that suits you. You are not obliged to engage our services at any point until you have signed our terms.
