“Paramount have been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble”

“It’s such a relief to knowing my family can rely on Paramount for help and support”

Paramount Live-in Care is a specialist care agency, focusing on the delivery of tailored live-in care and support. Not being part of a franchise or a large corporation, we can ensure that each client receives the individual and personal level of support that they each require and deserve. Live-in care is an increasingly popular means of providing support, which allows clients to remain living in their own homes no matter how high their care needs. Compared with residential homecare, it also offers a more personalized service, as carers can provide one-to-one care, attention, and focus.

From many years as a care agency, we understand that matching you with the right carer is key to getting your care and support package right. Our consistent approach, assessing your physical and homecare needs (plus your likes and dislikes) helps us choose the right carer for you. Our aim is to provide you with continuity of care with a carer who is not only a professional care giver, but a valued companion.

Emma Milton, The Registered Manger of Paramount Live-In Care, has been working in the care industry for over ten years. Emma quotes “I stand by and promote the standards required of our care team, and the values that underpin everything we do. Every member of our team is committed to bettering the lives of other people. A culture of care is something we foster and nurture. We hope this is apparent to our clients, from the moment we meet.

We understand that arranging homecare can sometimes be difficult or daunting. We are here to help. Our team are down to earth and friendly, and our assessment process is simple and easy to understand.”

Whether you opt for our Managed Services or our Introduction Service, clients’ and their families are asked to ensure the following is in place prior to a Carer starting their assignment:  Please create an initial outline or a list of your daily requirements, including any household or general tasks . Making a note of your preferred timing of key tasks (for example, meals, bathing, or going to bed) helps us create a person- centred care plan just for you, that your carer will follow.

Please call us so that we can discuss your requirements. We can also discuss the costs involved and provide you with a personal quote.
