Our live in care team are experienced and provide high quality care and support, ensuring the highest level of dignity and respect is shown to you always.
We understand that organizing care and support can be a difficult time and we are here to offer you help and advice. We can support you in answering your questions in relation to the provision of homecare, including potential sources of funding. We also have an experienced and dedicated recruitment team, meaning we have a large team of care staff available with additional carer’s on standby in case of emergency.

We understand the importance of maintaining your independence and are therefore committed to providing bespoke services, which support your individual needs and your individual requirements and preferences. Our care and support team undertakes both long term care packages and short term assignments for clients that have left hospital and need live-in care for a short time we can also provide respite cover, to give your current care givers a break. We can arrange care at short notice, matching you to a carer of your preference.

Over View of Our Care
Our Managed care or PA (personal assistant) package
Our team will meet you at your home and undertake an assessment of your needs. We will then match you with one of our carefully selected and vetted carers, who will then stay with you and support you at home. We will fully manage and supervise your carer, and will be here to answer any questions or concerns that you have. The carer or PA will be employed by us, we will be responsible for paying them each month. Our Registered Manager will be at hand to oversee and update your individual care or support plan on a regular basis. Please see “Cost page” for more information.
Our Introduction Service
Under this package, having assessed your needs, our team will introduce you and/or your family or advocate to a carefully selected self-employed carer or PA, who has been vetted and trained to our high standards. You will then be free to engage the carer directly. The carer will still have access to support and advice from Paramount Live-in Care, but you will retain the direct relationship. As the carer is self-employed you will not have any employment responsibilities, you simply pay them once a month directly. Please see “Cost page” for more information.
